Members of the Council are required to attend in person. Members of the press and public are also welcome to attend.

   1. To approve the draft minutes of the Ordinary meeting dated 20 October 2025

4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
5. Discussions with Councillors in respect of questions already posed, and any new matters
6. Financial matters
   1. To report accounts paid since the last meeting of the Council and to approve cheque payments according to the list provided
   2. To receive the Financial Summary to 31 October 2025
7. 2026/27 Budget
   1. To consider the 2026/27 Budget Monitoring Document
   2. To receive recommendations from the Finance Committee regarding the budget for 2026/27
      1. Revenue Budget 2026/27
      2. Capital Budget 2026/27
      3. allocation of £22,000 reserve funds to match grant funding for the project to replace the play equipment at Ryedale View
   3. To agree the budget for 2026/27 and determine the precept
8. Grass verge management
   1. To receive a report by Cllr Dowie on progress of the exercise to prep & seed the wildflower bank on 4 November
   2. To consider the proposal by Cllr Dowie to revise the designation of this area to 'Conservation area' as opposed to area designated for promotion of wildflowers
   3. To note the date of the meeting to discuss options to improve biodiversity throughout the town and review the grass verge management on February 2026 at 6pm in The Moorside Room
9. To receive reports from Members representing the Town Council at meetings of outside bodies and on delegated matters
10. To receive the Town Clerk's report
11. To receive the Town Mayor's report
12. Questions to the Chair
13. To note the date of the next ordinary meeting of the Town Council on 15 December 2025 at 7.30pm in Church House
