3. To consider matters arising.
4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business.
5. To note the need to replace the valves on the showers in the away changing room as they are leaking and causing flooding as well as water wastage
6. To consider a quote received from Andrew Sharples at a cost of £460 + vat, and decide an appropriate course of action
7. To establish sound procedure for inventory of all property pertaining to the Sports field to include maintenance equipment, kitchen goods and furniture in the Recreation Club
8. To receive Terms of Reference/Constitution from the Recreation Club Committee
9. To begin discussions to determine a practical approach to apportioning of fees/charges to each sports club
10. To agree on the date of the next meeting.
