   1. To approve the Minutes for the Play Areas & Sports committee meeting on 16th March 2017
   2. To consider matters arising
5. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
6. To note that the outcome of the Big Lottery Fund, 'Awards For All' grant application for the project costs associated with the outdoor half basketball court at Old Road has not yet been determined
7. To receive the report of the visual inspection of the Old Road Play Area and skatepark, and Ryedale View play area dated 22 June 2017
8. To note that the annual inspection of the play areas will be carried out by Streetscape Products & Services Ltd on xth June 2017
9. Questions to the Chairman
10. To note the date of teh next meeting will be Thursday 7 September 2017 at 7pm in The moorside Room.
