   1. To approve the Minutes for the Play Areas & Sports committee meeting on 26 June 2014

4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
5. To note that the Play Areas & Sports Committee budget for 2014/15 is £6000 (£5000 allocated to the Play Areas and £1000 allocated to the Sportsfield) and to discuss the budget for 2015/16 and agree a recommendation for the Finance Committee Meeting on 28 November 2014
6. To receive a report on the progress by Hedleys Solicitors on the issuance of leases and pitch licence for the sports clubs
7. Questions to the Chairman
8. To note the date of the next scheduled meeting is 8th January and to consider and agree deferring this to the later date of 26th March 2015
