   1. To approve the minutes of the meeting held on 10 October 2013
   2. To consider matters arising
4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
5. To note that the Manor Vale Management Committee budget for 2013/14 is £3500 and to discuss the budget for 2014/15 and agree a recommendation for the Finance Committee Meeting on 6 December 2013
6. New Signs
   1. To receive a final draft of the new sign and consider any revisions
   2. To note the revised quotation provided by Adrian Berry for the cost of the new signs is £2,865
   3. To note that there is £790 remaining in the Manor Vale Management Committee budget for 2013/14 and to agree to request £1075 from the Town Council reserves in order to cover the costs of the new signs
7. To review progress in maintenance activities guided by the review
8. Questions to the Chairman
9. To decide the date of the next meeting.
