2. To receive apologies for absence

4. Minutes and Matters Arising
   1. To approve the minutes of the Meeting held on 18th October 2018
   2. To consider matters arising
5. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
6. To review the value of items on the Council's Asset Register
7. Capital Budget
   1. To consider specific reserves
   2. To consider the level of general reserve required
8. Revenue Budget
   1. To create an initial draft budget for the financial year 2020/21 to include consideration of:
      1. allocation of funds to contribute to the costs associated with the 2020/21 project to upgrade the Kirkbymoorside Tennis Club house
      2. allocation of funds to contribute to the costs associated with annual planting, installation and watering of the flowering baskets by Kirkbymoorside In Bloom
   2. To consider and agree to make recommendation to the Town Council regarding the precept
9. To agree on the date of the next meeting
