   1. To approve the minutes of the Meeting held on 9 May 2014
   2. To consider matters arising.
4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business.
5. Capital Budget
   1. To consider specific reserves for depreciating assets
   2. To consider the level of general reserve required
6. Revenue Budget
   1. To create an initial draft budget for the financial year 2015/16
   2. To consider making recommendations to the Town Council on the precept bearing in mind the absence of a Grant from Ryedale District Council and the changes to the grass cutting service by NYCC
7. To agree on the date of the next meeting.
