Members of the Council are required to attend in person. Members of the press and public are also welcome to attend.

5. Discussions with Town Councillors and the North Yorkshire Councillor in respect of questions already posed, and any new matters
6. Community Awards 2025
   1. To receive a post event report
   2. To consider recommendations of the Events Committee
7. Financial matters
   1. To report accounts paid since the last meeting of the Council and to approve cheque payments according to the list provided
   2. To receive the Financial Summary to 30 September 2025
   3. To note the data protection fee of £52 for renewal of the Information Commissioners' Office registration, in accordance with GDPR/Data Protection Act 2018
8. Insurance
   1. To note the Commercial Combined Insurance Policy is due for renewal on 1 November 2025
   2. To consider the recommended renewal quote (year 3 of the 3 year agreement), from Hiscox Insurance Company Limited, of £4,053.02 (including IPT and all fees)
   3. To note the Cyber Risk Insurance Policy is due for renewal on 27 November 2025
   4. To consider the recommended renewal quote from Coalition Risk Solutions Ltd of £384.88 (including IPT and all fees)
9. Grass verge management
   1. To receive information from Holly Ramsden on the NYMNPA GrubsUp! project and discuss new ways forward with verge maintenance
   2. To receive observations and recommendations of In Bloom regarding the streetscape planting throughout Kirkbymoorside.
10. Moorside Room
    1. To note completion of the works to install engineered wood flooring, pursuant to Minute 25088 date 15 September 2025
    2. To consider quotation for redecorating, works to include repair or cracks, holes etc and application of two coats of paint
       1. £850 standard emulsion
       2. £1250 more durable, waterproof or colour tinted finish
11. Play Area inspections - To receive information of the Health & Safety Maintenance package offered by Sovereign Play and consider the cost of £399 per site for 5 years coverage with two annual inspections
12. To receive reports from Members representing the Town Council at meetings of outside bodies and on delegated matters
13. To receive the Town Clerk's report
14. To receive the Town Mayor's report
