6. To review the value of items on the Council's Register of Assets
7. Capital Budget
   1. To consider specific reserves
   2. To consider the level of general reserve required
8. Revenue Budget
   1. To consider the budget for the financial year 2025/26
   2. To determine the precept for 2025/26 for consider recommendation to the full Council
9. To consider and agree to make recommendation to the Town Council regarding the precept
10. To agree on the date of the next meeting
