- To approve the minutes of the Meeting held on 17th September 2018
- To receive the minutes of the Manor Vale Management Committee meeting on 8th October 2018
- To receive the minutes of the Five Towns meeting held on 3rd July 2018
- To consider matters arising
- To receive an application for the vacancy on the Town Council and to elect the candidate by co-option
- Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
- Discussions with Town, District and County Councillors in respect of questions already posed, and any new matters
- To consider financial matters:
- To approve cheque payments according to the list provided
- To receive the Financial Summary to 30 September 2018
- West End - To receive correspondence from NYCC Hghways Authority in response to the Town Council's application for an experimental Traffic Regulation Order to implement a one-way system on a trial basis and agree a suitable response
- To consider and agree an extension to the consultation regarding the bus shelter on the A170 eastbound
- Christmas Lights
- To note that arrangements are in progress in respect of the new Christmas lights for the A170 roundabout, very generously gifted to the town by Lesley Temple
- To note that the new Christmas lights on teh A170 roundbaout will need to be suspended from a mast which will be inserted into a ground fixed sleeve, works to install the sleeve to be carried out by NYCC Highways contractors
- To note that subsequent to electrical testing it will be necessary to replace the 5 over the road Christmas motifs
- To consider and agree a ceiling budget for the purchase of replacement Christmas lights
- To consider and agree to delegate authority to the Town Clerk to purchase replacement Christmas lights
- To consider and agree to delegate authority to the Town Clerk to appoint contractors (with a minimum of £3millian Public Liability Insurance) to carry out remdial repairs and maintenance works, within the parameters of the Financial Standing Orders and Minute 411c
- To consider and agree the installation of additional signage at the play areas
- To consider and agree to support an application to Trading Standards to set up a No Cold Calling Zone on West Pastures
- To note that Ryedale District Council are conducting a review of the polling districts, polling places and polling stations and agree a response as appropriate https://www.ryedale.gov.uk/pollingreview
- To note information received from Ryedale District Council in respect of opportunities for crowd funding for civic projects entitled 'Transforming spaces and bringing communities together in Ryedale'
- To consider and agree the proposal by Cllr Chapman that Kirkbymoorside set up and promote a “stub it”, “bin it” campaign
- To note the relaunch of Ryedale District Council's 'Don't Be A Waster - Reduce, Reuse, Respect' campaign and forthcoming events
- To consider and agree the proposal by Cllr Chapman that the NYCC Youth Club be offered regular use of the Moorside Room at the reduced rate of £10
- To receive a report on the Repair Café held in the Moorside Room on 22nd September 2019

- Receive reports from Members representing the Town Council at meetings of outside bodies and on delegated matters
