3. Minutes and Matters Arising
   1. To approve the minutes of the Meeting held on 20 June 2016
   2. To consider matters arising
4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
5. Discussions with Town, District and County Councillors in respect of questions already posed, and any new matters
6. To consider financial matters:
   1. To approve cheque payments according to the list provided
   2. To receive the Financial Summary to 30 June 2016
7. To receive applications for the vacancies on the Town Council and to elect, by co-option, candidate(s) from the same
8. To consider the grant application submitted by All Saints Church PCC in teh amount of £2000 to cntribute to the costs of maintenance of All Saints Churchyard
9. Streetlighting
   1. To note that the pole mounted lantern unit no 7, pole box and bracket on Gillamoor Road opposite Highfield House needs to be replaced
   2. To agree the replacement with a 20W Orange Tek Arialed LED lantern, pole box and bracket at a cost of £710 + VAT inclusive of charges to Northern Powergrid
   3. To note that the street lighting inventory has been completed
10. Church House - To receive further information regarding the proposed Community library
11. To receive an update on progress with regards to flood management in Kirkbymoorside
12. To receive an update on progress of the implementation of short term parking enforcement on Market Place
13. To note that the Town Council's RAY membership is due for renewal and agree to renew the same at a cost of £35
14. To note that the Town Clerk's SLCC membership is due for renewal and agree to renew the same at a cost of £167
15. Receive the Town Mayor’s Report
16. Receive reports from Members representing the Town Council at meetings of outside bodies and on delegated matters
17. Receive the Town Clerk's report
18. Questions to the Chairman
19. To note the date of the next ordinary meeting of the Town Council on 19 September 2016 at 7.30 pm in Church House
