- To receive and approve the minutes of the Meeting held on 19th October 2015
- To receive the minutes of the Finance Committee meeting held on 3rd November 2015
- To consider matters arising
- Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
- Discussions with Town, District and County Councillors in respect of questions already posed, and any new matters
- To consider financial matters:
- To approve cheque payments according to the list provided
- To receive the Financial Summary to 31 October 2015
- To receive recommendations from the Finance Committee regarding the budget for 2016/17
- To determine the precept for 2016/17
- To consider and agree to the expense of £75 to purchase 50no. car parking spaces in Town Farm Car Park on 28th November 2015 at the concessionary day rate of £1.50 each
- To consider and agree the allocation of charges for the legal fees associated with the issue of club leases and pitch licences
- Grant Applications

- To note that the agreement with NYCC for Front office services expired on 15 May 2015 and to agree that no further action is required
- To consider and agree the Vehicle Activated Signage Hire Agreement
- To note correspondence from RDC in respect of the Site Consultation - Local Plan Sites Document and agree an appropriate response http://www.ryedaleplan.org.uk/local-plan-sites
- To note correspondence from RDC in respect of the 2015/16 Footpaths Winter Maintenance Schedule and agree an appropriate response
- To note correspondence from NYCC in respect of 2016/17 Urban Highways Grass cutting and agree an appropriate response
- North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Authority
- To consider and agree to submit a letter to County Councillor Val Arnold for the Fire Authority meeting in December in response to the consultation on proposals for change
- To note that it was agreed at the Five Towns meeting on 10th November to submit a joint response for consideration at the same meeting
- To note that Craig Nattress RDC Visitor Economy Officer, provided information regarding the proposal that free public wi-fi be provided in all Ryedale's market towns and to agree to submit an expression of interest
- To note receipt of several reports from residents providing positive feedback about the quality of the grass cutting carried out by P&A Gospel Landscapes
