3. Minutes and Matters Arising
   1. To approve the minutes of the Meeting held on 18 May 2015
   2. To consider matters arising
4. Public Session - to allow members of the public to make representations, ask questions and give evidence in respect of any items of business
5. Discussions with Town, District and County Councillors in respect of questions already posed, and any new matters
6. To consider financial matters:
   1. To approve cheque payments according to the list provided
   2. To receive the Financial Summary to 31 May 2015
7. To note receipt of information from Richard Marr, Area Manager, Ryedale and Scarborough District Areas, Highways and Transportation with regards to progress of the introduction of short term parking enforcement in the town centre and consider an appropriate response

9. To receive information pertaining to progress of arrangements to move the Town Council office to Church House and consider an appropriate response

11. To consider making a donation to the RDC Chairman's Charity Fund
12. To consider and agree the installation of blinds at the Moorside Room
13. To consider and agree to include the following dates in the 'Welcome to Kirkbymoorside' panel;
    1. 'Kirkbymoorside Horticultural Show' September 26th
    2. 'Marie Curie Annual Coffee Morning' October 9th
    3. '2015 marks Town Brass Band Bi-Centenary'
14. Receive the Town Mayor’s Report
15. Receive reports from Members representing the Town Council at meetings of outside bodies
16. Receive reports from Members on delegated matters
17. Receive the Town Clerk's report
